We are pleased to announce that Patrick Foster has joined our team as a Regional Development Partner. Based in Charlotte, Patrick will focus entirely on the development of new apartment projects in the Carolinas. Patrick will operate in the high-growth markets of Charlotte, Raleigh/Durham, Charleston, and Greenville.

Patrick has previously served in both development and investment for Quarterra (subsidiary of Lennar which consistently ranks in the top 25 most active multi-family developers) during the past seven (7) years. While at Quarterra, Patrick was responsible for all aspects of the development process including site selection, contract negotiations, design coordination, and project management through construction, lease up, and stabilization.
