Annemiek van den Bosch
Marketing Manager

Since 2012, Annemiek has been responsible for all Westplan’s communication and marketing activities, including websites, newsletters and the investor portal. In addition she prepares investor reports and organizes investors events.

Taco Ulrich

Taco has been part of Westplan’s core team since 2002 and is the point of contact for private investors and family offices. He is involved in relationship management and funding new investments.

Ewoud Swaak

Ewoud founded Westplan in 1994 and began structuring U.S. real estate investments in 1996. He is mainly responsible for the general management and strategy of the company and is in close contact with key investors.

Brad Johnson
Partner | CIO

Brad joined Westplan in 2013. He has over 30 years of experience in multifamily residential development and acquisitions. He has been directly involved in the acquisition and development of more than 20,000 apartments with a total investment of approximately $1.7 billion. He is responsible for Westplan’s investments and investment strategy.

Robert Klok

Robert has been responsible for project and corporate accounting and tax since 2001. He manages the tax processes and fund structures of the U.S. and Dutch market. In addition, he focuses on compliance, for which he works closely with external compliance consultants.

Rob Carter

Rob joined Westplan in 2007 after 15 years in real estate banking. He is closely involved in selecting new investments and making operational decisions for Westplan and its projects. In addition, he is responsible for all debt relationships.

Patrick Foster
Regional Development Partner

Patrick joined Westplan in 2023 as a Regional Development Partner. He is responsible for Westplan’s growth initiative in the Carolinas region, including sourcing new opportunities and managing projects from inception to completion.

Tyler Hendrick
Asset Manager

Tyler is primarily responsible for the financial performance its lease-up and stabilized multifamily assets. He is also involved in the programming portion of new development projects.

Stephen Kirkland is responsible for the management of daily construction activities and coordination between development, asset management, contractors and design consultants.

Chris joined Westplan in 2012. He is responsible for providing support to the management team for all investment decisions and structuring Westplan’s projects for the investors.

Annette Stawasz
HR coordinator and Management Assistant

Annette has worked as an HR coordinator at Westplan since 2007. Organizing domestic and international trips for colleagues and investors, managing business expenses and coordinating IT implementations are among her responsibilities.

Charley has been working at Westplan since 2023. She supports the team by taking on administrative and secretarial tasks. Besides answering investors by phone, she plans meetings and organizes business trips.

Matt joined Westplan in 2022. He is responsible for underwriting new investment opportunities and assisting with the early phases of the development process.

Senior Construction Manager

Jeff joined Westplan in 2022. He is responsible for oversight of construction projects from design to completion. He facilitates communication and interaction between the general contractors, design consultants and local municipalities to maintain production, quality, and financial requirements.

Matthew (Morty) Morton

Project Accountant
Jessica joined Westplan in 2023. She is the Project Accountant for all new construction projects. Jessica oversees all phases of the project accounting, budget and contract management.
