The apartment site is one component of a mixed-use development that Westplan has entitled and programmed, which includes a 39-unit for-sale townhome development and a 14,000+ SF retail development.
New mixed-use development
Working with the City of Marietta and surrounding neighborhoods, Westplan was able to entitle the former vacant Harry’s Crossing shopping center for a new mixed-use development.
Accent Marietta will be one of just a few market rate multifamily communities constructed over 25 years within City limits. The new multifamily, townhome, and retail developments are being constructed on +/-19.25-acres and will feature best in class resident amenities with ample outdoor greenspace and immediate access to the entire northwest Atlanta I-75 corridor.
The right time
