ATLANTA, GEORGIA – Westplan has recently started construction on Accent 2050 Apartments and Accent Morningside Apartments in Atlanta, GA.
The two projects on Cheshire Bridge Road combined will have 437 apartments. The sites are between three strong employment markets: Buckhead, Midtown and Emory/CDC and have an easy access to GA-400, I-75 and 1-85. The properties are located within 2.5 miles of the recently announced Children’s Hospital of Atlanta $1B campus as well as the Emory/ Atlanta Hawks 1.3M sf sports medicine facility.
The first apartments are expected to be ready in March 2018 and will have the latest features and amenities of a Class A development. Unit finishes will include modern grey cabinetry with quartz countertops, tile backsplashes, and wide plank flooring - rivalling finishes in a custom home. All light fixtures will be LED and all appliances are energy star rated. Community amenities include salt water pools, trendy fitness centers, bike storage and repair stations, dog washes, coffee lounges, and work spaces. Westplan also purchased the nearby warehouses on Faulkner road totalling 121k sf. The renovation and repositioning of these, along with both apartment developments, will significantly transform this part of the Cheshire Bridge corridor.
