This is a natural progression in Westplan's growth and will allow us to have direct control and influence over the development process for the benefit of our investors."
Prior to joining Westplan as a Development Partner, Johnson served as Partner of Focus Development, Inc. where he was responsible for all development and acquisition activities. Prior to Focus Development, he served as the Southeast Regional Development Partner for the Finger Companies and Vice President of Development for Lincoln Property Company Residential. It is targeting suburban sites in high growth submarkets with solid demographics and convenient access to major employment centers. It is also focusing on unique urban infill sites that can accommodate smaller boutique projects.
