ATLANTA, GEORGIA – Westplan has recently started construction on Accent Bellevue Apartments which will be a 322-unit apartment community in Nashville, TN.
It is being developed on a 30-acre site in which approximately 15 acres was left undisturbed in a conservation easement to be used as green space. It is located in the Bellevue submarket, just minutes from the West End Business District. West End and Downtown combine for 14 million square feet of office space and over 120,000 jobs. The Bellevue market is currently underserved as only two apartment projects have been delivered in the last ten years. Accent Bellevue units are scheduled to be available for occupancy in the second quarter of 2016.
“This project will have tremendous visibility and access to I-40 which will provide residents convenience to the major employment and entertainment centers of West End and Downtown”, says Rob Carter, President. “It will have the latest features and amenities of a Class A development with more affordable rental rates than new, intown projects.”
